Who we are
AgentOrgs Inc. builds operating software and AI agents for a business, then runs that work with them. We are in Toronto, Ontario. Privacy questions go to privacy@agentorgs.com.
This website
The site does not use analytics and does not set tracking cookies. “Start a conversation” opens your email app, addressed to us. We only see what you choose to send.
The pages are hosted on GitHub. That host may keep ordinary server logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, in order to deliver the site.
Businesses we contact by email
We email businesses that may benefit from our services. For this we use the company name, business email address, trade and general location, taken from the business’s own website, public trade directories and the Companies House register. We do not buy contact lists.
Most of the addresses we use are generic business mailboxes, such as info@ or sales@. Where an address identifies a person, it is personal data and this section applies to it.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: introducing relevant services to businesses, in low volume.
Our email runs on Microsoft 365, and we are based in Canada, so your details are processed there.
You can object at any time: use the unsubscribe link in our email, reply “unsubscribe”, or email privacy@agentorgs.com. We stop straight away and keep a record of your address so we don’t contact you again.
We keep prospect details for 12 months from collection, unless you object sooner.
If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We would rather hear from you first at privacy@agentorgs.com.
Work we do for a client
A client’s records belong to that client. We use them to build and run the system they asked for, under the agreement and any NDA we have signed. The records are stored where that client operates, in an environment kept separate from other clients.
Anything an agent pulls in waits for a person to approve before it is written into the client’s books. If your information is in a system we run for someone else, ask that business. We will help them answer.
We keep correspondence and the records a job needs for as long as the work continues, and for as long as the agreement says after that.
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal information. We do not buy contact lists. We do not take payment on this website, and we do not store card numbers. We are paid as a service, under the agreement with the client.
Asking us
Email privacy@agentorgs.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. In Canada you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at priv.gc.ca.
